Position: Sales Manager – Budva

Location: Budva, Montenegro

As a Sales Manager for Condo units, your responsibility will be to enhance sales activities for the 49% share designated for sale. We are seeking someone with experience in real estate sales, excellent command of the English language, and preferably knowledge of the Russian language.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential buyers of Condo units
  • Actively participating in sales activities, including negotiating and concluding contracts for Condo units
  • Market analysis and identification of new sales opportunities for Condo units
  • Monitoring competition and directing marketing activities to increase sales of Condo units
  • Leading the sales team for Condo units and providing support to colleagues in achieving sales targets

 

To be a successful candidate, you should have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, time management and goal achievement abilities, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in the English language is essential, and knowledge of the Russian language is desirable.
