Position: Sales Manager – Novi Pazar

As the Sales Manager for Novi Pazar, your primary responsibility would be apartment and business space sales in our business facility in Novi Pazar.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Active search of potential buyers for the apartments and business spaces.
• Development and relationship maintenance with current and potential clients in Novi Pazar.
• Apartment and business space presentation and promotion to the buyers from Novi Pazar.
• Negotiation and conclusion of the sales contract with the buyers from Novi Pazar.
• Market trends research for Novi Pazar and identification of new sales opportunities.
• Tracking of the sales activity records and results reporting.

For you to be a successful candidate, you should have experience in real estate sales, have perfect communication skills, be independent in work, think strategically, and be motivated to achieve sales goals. It is desirable for you to be familiar with the local real estate market in Novi Pazar and have experience in apartment and business space sales.
