Position: Architects and Engineers

ALK Construction Ltd hires architects and engineers (civil engineering, electrical engineering, hydro-technical engineering, thermomechanics):

Requirements:

• Organizes, monitors, and controls subordinators’ work, progress, and quality of work execution in accordance with the obligations defined in the concluded contract;
• Controls the quality of executed works, used materials, as well as overall work, discipline, and hygiene at the construction site;
• Monitoring the execution of the daily tasks on the project and ensuring the execution of the assigned project tasks;
• Execution of the tasks within the disciplines in accordance with the approved project documentation;
• Analysis of the approved technical documentation (drawings, calculations, equipment, and material specifications), and execution of the documentation in line with the project;
• Coordinates, plans, and executes the work duties and tasks in collaboration with the site manager;
• Prepares documentation on construction progress and issues on the construction sites;
• Participate in the preparation of the monthly reports (construction log) for project execution for the current phase;
• Organizes the creation of the monthly operational and dynamic plans as well as weekly and monthly reports of work progress and on the site;
• Analyzes and promptly indicates the lacks and inconsistencies of the project documentation for which the written report is prepared;
• Organizes and controls the timely receipt and preparation of the site documentation;
• Prepares reports and elements about the occurrence of unpredicted and additional works which are timely submitted for further preparation;
• Collaborates with technical preparation in the crafting of elements that involve dynamics and deadlines, technical parameters and conditions, price revisions, and similar tasks;
• As a representative of the responsible contractor, works on the handover of the facility and prepares for the final settlement.

Skills:

• Ability to analyze the technicity of the facility;
• Knowledge of the construction quality;
• Knowledge of the activities that make up the construction process;
• Knowledge of mechanization, equipment, materials, semi-finished products, and some other resources necessary for the construction;
• Mandatory knowledge of the programs: AutoCAD, MS Office, BIM software (optional);
• Mandatory English language knowledge;
• Possession of the license for preparation of the technical documentation and facility constructions;
• Desirable possession of a license for review and supervision;
• Driver’s license (B).
