Novi Pazar, April 25, 2025 – ALK Group has officially opened its first residential building in Serbia. In the presence of future residents, business partners, and company friends, a key handover ceremony was held on Friday, April 25, in Novi Pazar – the city where the company’s vision was born and which today proudly marks the expansion of its presence across the regional real estate market.
The building in Novi Pazar represents ALK Group’s first completed project in Serbia, and the choice of this city as the foundation for future growth is deeply symbolic. The company’s founder, Mr. Numan Bajramović, originates from this region, and today, his son Adnan Bajramović leads the company toward new projects and markets with his team.
The Mayor of Novi Pazar, Nihat Biševac, emphasized the significance of such projects for the city: “I would like to congratulate ALK and the Bajramović family on the successful completion of this project, which means a lot for Novi Pazar. I am pleased that a project worth around 10 million euros has been realized in our city. Thanks to socially responsible companies like this one, Novi Pazar is growing and becoming more beautiful and prosperous each day. ALK has invested in our city across several areas, from sports and culture to humanitarian initiatives. I wish them much success in their future projects and hope to see many more in our city.”

Exactly six years ago today, ALK Group began negotiations with the owners of these plots, and today we have a completed building along with 200,000 square meters currently under construction. Projects in the pipeline and in the process of obtaining building permits total around 600,000 square meters. Our goal is to reach one million square meters in Montenegro and Serbia. Including Russia, we are working on over two million square meters of developments. This project is especially meaningful to us because we are from this city, and we wanted to create something that hasn’t been done before. We hope we’ve succeeded, and that the residents will enjoy their new home.”
The opening of this building marks just the beginning of ALK Group’s expansion in Serbia. Following Novi Pazar, the company is continuing to invest in new markets. Upcoming projects are already underway in Subotica, on the outskirts of Palić, as well as a hotel in Zlatibor that will combine comfort, nature, and modern living. ALK Group is also strengthening its presence on the Montenegrin coast, in Bečići, Budva, and Tivat, with exclusive apartment and hotel developments.
