A Partnership That Opens the Door to the Region

ALK Group has recently signed a partnership with Radisson Hotel Group for a new project in Tivat, placing this coastal town among the most prestigious luxury tourism destinations. This agreement confirms the company’s credibility and opens doors to new investors and markets in Serbia and Montenegro, says Amel Papić, Director of ALK Real Estate in Serbia.

The partnership with Radisson represents an important step in positioning ALK Group, not only as a hotel investor, but also as a regional leader capable of competing with major international developers. “This agreement confirms the reputation we have been building for more than four decades, and we are grateful that our commitment to quality and consistency has been recognized on the global stage,” says Papić.

For the region, this project positions Tivat alongside the destinations such as Portofino and Marbella, opening new opportunities for investors and travelers alike.

The strength of this partnership lies in combining Radisson Blu’s global expertise with ALK Group’s local market knowledge. “Radisson brings international standards and a global network of loyal guests, while we contribute local experience and a vision for regional development. Together, we create projects that meet world-class standards while being fully tailored to local needs.”

The Radisson Blu Tivat project will stand out for three key elements: location, architecture, and amenities. Situated in the heart of the Seljanovo neighborhood, near Porto Montenegro, the complex blends Mediterranean tradition with contemporary design. It will feature 61 hotel rooms and 44 serviced apartments spread across three buildings, along with a rooftop bar overlooking the Bay of Kotor, a wellness & spa center, pools, and a restaurant. “The combination of hotel service and a residential concept offers an investment that ensures stability and long-term value growth,” explains Papić.

ALK Group is also expanding its presence in Serbia through projects built on the same philosophy of quality and sustainable development. The company’s first project in the country was the 8. Mart residential complex in Novi Pazar, followed by the upcoming ALK++ Zlatibor luxury mountain hotel, a 400-unit apartment complex on Zlatibor, the Vila Regina residential building on Lake Palić, and a large mixed-use residential and commercial complex in Pančevo with over 600 apartments.

“Pančevo is a strategic location for us due to its proximity to Belgrade and the growing demand for modern, high-quality living,” adds Papić.

ALK Group’s core values, defined by the company’s founder Numan Bajramović, are quality, trust, and long-term value. “Quality means never settling for average; trust is built through transparency and meeting deadlines; and long-term value means that every project must contribute not only to our clients and investors, but also to the local community and market,” emphasizes Papić.

Looking ahead, the company’s goal is for ALK Group to become one of the regional leaders in hotel-residential and real estate development over the next decade. “Our partnership with Radisson Hotel Group is the first, but certainly not the last step. Through collaborations with international brands, we aim to set new standards in hospitality while developing modern residential projects across Serbia and the region. We want our brand to be recognized as a symbol of quality, reliability, and dedication to detail.
