Over the past year in Montenegro, approximately 4,000 square meters were sold, with a total value of €18.2 million, while across the Group, including Serbia and Russia, sales reached 42,000 square meters. In Serbia, ALK Group is developing projects in Palić, Zlatibor, and Pančevo, with upcoming developments in Belgrade, focusing on contemporary architecture, functional design, and long-term value for investors and local communities.
